By accessing or using All-In-Events’ bicycle transportation and logistics services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
All-In-Events takes every precaution to ensure the safe handling and transportation of bicycles entrusted to us. Bicycles remain securely covered and fastened by trained professionals throughout transport.
All-In-Events accepts no liability for loss or damage (including but not limited to force majeure events such as strikes, riots, natural disasters, and theft), except in cases where such loss or damage is a direct result of gross negligence or willful misconduct by All-In-Events, its employees, agents, or contractors. Furthermore, All-In-Events shall not be liable for any consequential losses or damages under any circumstances.
The risk and ownership of all bicycles remain with the customer at all times, regardless of whether the bicycle is in All-In-Events’ possession. Customers must ensure that their bicycles are insured, as All-In-Events does not provide insurance coverage.
All pricing is inclusive of VAT.
Additional charges may apply for specific services, as agreed upon in advance.
Customers are advised to remove all non-permanent fixtures from bicycles before handing them over. Any remaining removable items will be documented, removed, bagged, and securely attached to the bicycle.
All-In-Events is not liable for any loss or damage to removable items.
All-In-Events employs a specialized transportation system that avoids dismantling and boxing bicycles. Bicycles must be race-ready upon handover. Our custom protective covers safeguard bicycles from external elements throughout transit.
Each cover includes a storage pocket for small essential items (e.g., CO2 canisters), helping to prevent confiscation at airport security checks.
Customers retain full ownership of their bicycles at all times.
All materials used in transportation, including but not limited to protective covers, straps, trailers, and identification tags, remain the property of All-In-Events.
30+ days before event: 50% refund.
Less than 30 days before event: No refund.
If an event is postponed, the bicycle transport booking will be transferred to the new event date.
If All-In-Events cancels the service, customers will receive a 100% refund.
Customers may transfer their booking to another individual, but All-In-Events is not responsible for fee transfersbetween parties.
All-In-Events values customer privacy and ensures that all personal information provided is handled with strict confidentiality. However, by booking our services, you agree that:

We comply with South Africa’s POPIA regulations regarding data privacy.
Customers must present a valid ID or driver’s license to collect their bicycle.

Customers must hand in their bicycles immediately after the race for secure loading and return transport.
No insurance is provided by All-In-Events. Customers must ensure that their bicycles are insured and notify their insurer about the transportation.
