“I contacted Dean in September 2021. I needed someone to transfer our bikes to Oudtshoorn for our MTB tour in October. Eleven bikes from Joburg, and he would pick one up in Bloem on his way down. Dean offered to pick up the bikes, pack them individually in padded bags and take them directly to our accommodation in George. When we arrived after a long day of traveling, the bikes were waiting on bike racks together with gifts from Dean! He also took our big kit bags down in the trailer so that we would not have to lug them on the plane. We arrived in George after 5 long days in the saddle to find Dean and his team waiting for us. They grabbed our bikes and kit bags and the next time we saw them it was safely in Joburg. Dean was extremely accommodating of our needs and requests and was in constant contact with me on WhatsApp and email. He was very professional and stuck to his word. A very slick service that made all the difference to our trip. Be ready for us next year Dean! Shot.”
