TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All –In- Events strives to provide the best possible protection of all bicycles in our possession. Bicycles remain covered throughout transportation and are properly secured by skilled staff prior to departure.
All- In -Events expressly takes no liability for losses and damage (including losses and damage as a result of force majeure) to Customers’ equipment, unless such losses and damage arise as a direct result of gross negligence and/or wilful misconduct by All In Events or its agents, employees and independent contractors. All- In- Events shall further not be responsible for consequential losses or damage under any circumstances whatsoever.
The ownership and risk in Customers’ equipment, including the insurance thereof, shall remain with the Customer notwithstanding delivery thereof to All –In- Events.
Pricing is inclusive of VAT.
Delivery of Bicycles to All –In- Events
Customers are advised to remove any/or all items that are not permanent fixtures prior to handover of bicycles for transportation. Removable equipment still attached will be documented, removed, bagged & cable tied to bicycles.
All In Events shall not be liable for any losses or damage to removable items.
Protecting your Bicycles whilst in our care
All In Events pride ourselves on unique transportation, avoiding the standard practice of dismantling and boxing bicycles. Bicycles must be race ready on handover. All In Events’ unique, specially developed covers are used to secure and protect bicycles from the elements throughout transportation. Bicycles are delivered as received, race ready and without the problems associated with the dismantling and boxing of bicycles.
Each cover has a pocket designed to carry small articles, i.e. CO2 canisters, etc. and we recommend taking advantage of this feature to eliminate the stops and confiscations that usually occur at airports with these items.
Ownership of Customers’ equipment shall remain with the Customer notwithstanding delivery thereof to All -In -Events.
All materials used during the transportation process, i.e. covers, straps, identification tags, etc. shall remain the property of All In Events.
Cancellation of bookings where notice is received THIRTY (30) days prior to commencement date of booked events shall be entitled to a FIFTY percent (50%) refund.
Cancellation of bookings where notice is received LESS THAN THIRTY (30) days prior to commencement date of booked events shall not be eligible for ANY refund.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances, replacement bookings will be accepted on the following conditions:
i.) All- In- Events shall not be liable for any transfer of fees between original & replacement party.
ii.) The onus is on the original & replacement party to furnish All- In- Events with all necessary changes & contact details.
Where possible, All In Events will gladly assist in finding a replacement booking subject to the conditions listed in (i) and (ii) above.
